January 2019 – DBV trainer training as license-extending trainer training (C + B) January 2020 – DBV trainer training and participation in the training courses “Anti-Doping” and “Prevention of sexual violence”

Tasks for the junior and 2nd men’s team:

• Assist the head coach

• Planning and implementation of winter and summer practice 

• Coaching and support for teams in league games 

• Organizational tasks in team management

With the club since 2010.
Many years of experience as a catcher and outfielder.
Currently coach of the youth team, player in the 1st men’s team and umpire.

I’ve only been Head of the Baseball & Softball Department at the TSG Benrath since the 2022 season, kind of like a rookie. I started with baseball in 2005 as a break time activity with my work colleagues and came across the baseball & softball department in 2015 and learned to love this sport, but also the team environment embedded in a club structure.
To ensure that all active members of the Baseball & Softball department, such as players, coaches, umpires and last but not least the scorers, who are irreplaceable for the game, have an ideal environment and optimal conditions for practicing their hobbies, I see it as my primary task, together with the other functionaries of the department management to ensure an effective, smooth and successful organization of the sporting and administrative processes.
I also act as a contact person for the main club and the BSVNRW/DBV, I am involved as a baseball C umpire and C license coach in active play and also act as the baseball coordinator for the men’s teams.
