Düsseldorf Senators welcomes Spieloase Bilk for summer event

The summer youth program, which started this year, became a great success and the organizers are already thinking about further developing the experience..

As part of the summer activities, we were able to welcome children and carers from the Bilk Spieloase to the baseball and softball field of the Düsseldorf Senators at the end of the summer holidays.

The aim of the past few weeks was to bring the diversity of our sport closer to the children of the city of Düsseldorf. In the end, it doesn’t matter how athletic the individual players are, but to raise awareness and show that there is a place for every one in this sport.

“When the kids leave our field with a smile and want to come back, we know we’ve done a good job.”

We would like to express our thanks to the Spieloase Bilk for an all-round successful day and hope to continue our cooperation.
