Viel Asche und heiße Luft
On August 14th the Senators LL Team were hosted by the Chipmunks in Hagen.
Having trouble to adjust to both the field and the heat the hosts were able to take the lead early, going into the top of the third leading 1:7. After a pitching change, that seemed to have reset the lineup as well, the defense was able to hold their ground and they scored some runs on offense led by 1B Robin Thorenz with 2 Home Runs. 5:9 the score after 7. Even though they shortened the lead to 7:9 they eventually had to tip their caps to a never tiring Chipmunk-Offensive in the 9th. 7:12 the final score.
