After a first successful session in January, this time new softball coach Frank Mohr and qigong trainer Kseny Gray got together to create a class specifically for the teams needs. On April 13th the team met via Zoom for a 45 minute long detailed and thourough class. Intended as a post-workout relaxation or a postgame stretch sequence players have also found value in it as a nice way to implement it in their everyday life for increased work-life-balance.
